Logging in to the Self Service Management Portal
•Get the login URL from your administrator.
•You must be assigned the Self Service role to log in to the portal.
Perform the following steps to log in to the portal:
1.On your mobile device, enter the login URL provided by your administrator in the Tenant URL field.
or
2.Click the Scan Tenant QR, allow access to camera While using the App.
3. From the desktop application click the QR Code icon and scan the QR Code using your phone camera.
The login page is displayed.
4.In the login page, enter your username and password and click Login.
5.Select the Self Service role and click Submit.
The application displays the Self Service UI.
Changing your Profile Settings
You can change your password, language, and profile picture.
1.Log in to the Self Service Management portal.
2.Click . From the drop-down list, click Profile Settings. The My Settings page appears.
3.Select Password.
4.Enter your Old Password,New Password, and Confirm Password.
Passwords are case sensitive.
5.Click Update Password.
6.Log out and log in again with the new password.
This feature is only available for internal authorization and does not work for external login.
1.Click Forgot password?.
2.Enter your user name or email address and click Submit.
You will receive a one-time reset link to your registered email address. The link will expire in 20 minutes or as configured by your administrator.
3.Click the link. You will be re-directed to the Reset Password page.
4.Enter your User ID, New Password and Confirm Password. If you do not know your User ID, contact your organization's administrator.
5.Click Submit.
The default language for the application is English (United States). However, if your administrator has given you privileges, you can change the language displayed in the interface based on your preference. Your changes will be retained, and you will be logged in with the set language until you change it again.

3.Select General Setting.
4.Select the language, and then click Save Changes. The application automatically refreshes with the changed locale.

4.Click . The Edit Profile dialog box appears.
5.Click Select File to select an image file. Click Save. The selected picture is displayed next to your user name.

3.Click Change Role. From the drop-down list, select the role. The application displays the Home page based on the role you have selected.
